To test the settings, open a browser and navigate to the integrated with application as configured in IIS. The Web Editor with Reviewer application URL is in the form https://<server>:<port>/webeditor where server and port are those configured for the application.
  1. If the Windchill URL was not configured, provide the Windchill Server URL
  2. Provide your Windchill User name and Password.
  3. Click Connect to log in.
  4. Navigate to a document in Windchill.
  5. Open the document.
  6. Verify that the Comment side-panel is available
  7. Click anywhere on the document to active the Global Comment button on the Comments side-panel.
  8. Click the Global Comment button
    The Global technical comment dialog appears.
  9. Enter a comment then click the Share button.
    The comment will save without any errors.
