Upgrade Notes

This following steps should be executed when upgrading Web Editor to Release 2023.1. Please follow instructions in the Installation Guide pertaining to these steps.

  • If upgrading from a version prior to 2022.2, perform the upgrades for each release as described in the versions Web Editor Release Notes.

  • Copy the appropriate Web Collaboration distribution into the current IIS Application folder.

  • The Titania Spell Checker services must be updated.

  • The Windchill InfoEngine tasks must be re-deployed to Windchill.

  • The IIS application server must be upgraded to the latest version of ASP.NET Core Runtime Windows Hosting Bundle 6.0. The download is available at https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/6.0
